I thought LINE was amazing!

Mr. Moto, who has been involved in Kazori Club's website design and marketing for quite some time now, asked me, "Nori, why don't you start a LINE account? What do you think about chatting with customers in real time and receiving their feedback?"

So I

I started by saying, "Yes, I'd love to do it! If the knowledge I've gained as a razor maker can be of any use, I'd be happy to chat with you on LINE as a direct salesperson!"

To be honest, I only used LINE with my family and friends, so I wondered if there were any questions I could ask on LINE, but there are!
And it's fun! I get to learn new things by answering various questions.

It was so much fun because the knowledge I gained from my past experiences and the things I learned from my seniors opened up the drawers in my head one after another.
I answer questions from customers while learning from the past.

I'm currently 51 years old, and have been working with cutlery, including razors, for 45 years!
During my elementary school days, I went on a family trip to Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, to visit a factory that makes scissors, knives, and razors. Even though the machines used there are still there, I still think that the craftsmen who make these products by hand are truly masters of their craft.
The razors I design myself represent my craftsmanship, and I am also a merchant who wants to make my products more widely known in Japan.
That's why I feel so attached to it!
